The Prime Lambs Competition, supported by Carey Bros showcases the best of Australian meats.

Judging focuses on evaluating the quality and characteristics of the carcass.

Judges assess several factors to determine the overall value and appeal of the meat, including eating quality, lean meat yield, grass-fed and lot fed.
